If I have a 12in. SMALL WEAPON, knife, can I use it as a THROWING WEAPON? In the rule book, it says SMALL WEAPONS can be 12in. in length minimum and a THROWING WEAPON can be 12in. in length maximum.

all thrown weapons need to be coreless, no matter the length. this is for the safety of ourselves and you guys.

Understood, are SMALL WEAPONS required to have cores in them? Does this mean as long as the weapon is coreless and 12in. in length I can use it as both a SMALL WEAPON and a THROWING WEAPON?

yes you are correct ! as long as it has no core you can use it as both a small and a thrown weapon .
