clarification on bless weapon

I just reread the rulebook and the regular version of bless weapon only allows you to cast it on yourself. I didn't call anyone on it last weekend because I thought it might have changed. If Ben wants to give a ruling it stands but it seemed clear in the rulebook.

The rule book is correct. There is another spell that allows you to cast it on another persons blade.
