I am prepared to perform a quick memorial for Lord Balunor Ironforge for just before midnight May 24th. I am wondering if the family has made any arrangements for him being buried in Valdarin's Gate cemetery? Please let me know. I'm not familiar with Dwarven funerary rites. I hope this tragic loss is a reminder that we must band together to ward off the evil which we fight off daily.

As a family member of Baluron's, I respectfully decline this offer. However, I am interested in the "two coins" Mugthar speaks of; I am sure they will be made available to his next of kin in town, naturally. As stated, that would be me.

Balunor, I mean. Of course, my beloved Balunor. We were rather close. We were family. We're family members.

I am more concerned with how the body is being dealt with then anything else.

Coins placed on forge-dwarves eyes are for honored dead alone, his kin will earn their own through their deeds. Coins are tribute to forge-dwarfs passage into afterlife, not to be coveted by the greed of the living.

I was at that funeral. It was very sad. The coins on the eyes I have heard of before - they are for the warrior to pay their way into the afterlife. I put flowers on him. Red flowers.

I don't even know who you are, so how can you claim to be close to my Father, never mind be family? If you were a member of my family, I think I'd know you. Plus, how can you claim to be close if you cannot even spell his name correctly the first time? As for funeral arrangements, I have arranged to have his body taken back home and buried. If you care to have a memorial service in his honor, it'd be nice. I cannot guarantee whether or not I will be in attendance due to travel from Valdarin's Gate and our homeland. I will try my damnedest to return in time, but I cannot promise anything.

Thank you for getting back to me. I'm sure your father will find peace among his own people. The memorial is more for the family but I think its important to remember those that have fallen. Chaos is always seeking to breach our defences so we must not for get those who fell to protect us. May you find easy trails and forget worry.
