Tarathielle comes in after disappearing shortly after the events in October. He looks somewhat savage and disheveled as if he has spent the interim time far from civilized lands.
"I've only recently returned and have consulted with my companions. I Varda Linde, our fair tavern, will once again be serving food and refreshments during this troubled time. You will be delighted to see some of your old favorites such as the sparkling wine as well as some new items."
He then posts a parchment on the wall and walks away. On closer inspection, the parchment is a listing of the items that will be available.
